Well here are some general information about Fire Red and Leaf Green.
Name Rater is located in Lavender Town just below the Pokemon Center. There you can change the nicknames of your pokemon, or give your pokemon nicknames if you already haven't. You cannot change the Nickname of a Pokemon you got in a trade, however.
Move Deleter is located in Fuschia City in the house beside the Pokemon Center there. There you can delete any TM/HM moves your Pokemon have and you do not need. Especially helpful if you want to delete an HM move, because there isn't any other way to delete it.

Happiness is a part of the game introduced in Gold and Silver. The Happiness counter is used mainly for three things: certain Pokemon evolutions, the Elemental Hyper Beam Move Tutor, and the Base Power of Return and Frustration.
Happiness is based on a value of 0 to 255.
To evolve Pokemon that go through Happiness Evolutions, their Happiness must have a value of at least 220.
The following ways will increase/decrease your Pokemon’s Happiness value (Taken from Bulbapedia):
- Gaining a level (+2)
- Walking 256 steps (+1)
- Vitamins (+2)
Pokemon FireRed/LeafGreen:
- Grooming (in Pallet Town, by Daisy) (+3)
- Luxury Ball causes the following:
- Gaining a level is now +6
- Vitamins are now +6
- Walking is now +2
- Grooming is now +4
- Using Soothe Bell (+1 for each other positive event)
- Energypowder (-5)
- Heal powder (-5)
- Energy root (-10)
- Revival Herb (-15)
- Faint (-1)
The following Pokemon evolve when their Happiness is at 220 or more:
- Golbat
- Chansey
- Pichu
- Cleffa
- Igglybuff
- Togepi
- Azurill
Secret Trainer Card stickers:
Go to the lowest house on Island Two and talk to the man inside. Complete the following tasks to get the corresponding sticker. Egg Hatching Sticker #1: Hatch one egg. Egg Hatching Sticker #2: Hatch one hundred eggs. Egg Hatching Sticker #3: Hatch two hundred eggs. Egg Hatching Sticker #4: Hatch three hundred eggs. Hall of Fame Sticker #1: Defeat The Elite Four one time. Hall of Fame Sticker #2: Defeat The Elite Four forty times. Hall of Fame Sticker #3: Defeat The Elite Four one hundred times. To hatch an egg faster:
1. Ride the bicycle, if you have it.
2. Have either Slugma, Magcargo, Magby or Magmar in your party (their abilities make eggs hatch in half as many steps as usual)
